This intimate NYC City Hall elopement was one of those days that quietly stays with you. I had the honor of not only photographing their celebration, but also standing as their witness. After their emotional vows, we stepped into the calm of City Hall Park, letting the rhythm of the city fade as they shared a quiet moment together. I booked Magalie for my civil ceremony in city hall and she blew it out of the water. My husband and I are super casual people. We don't like to show PDA and don't really like being the center of attention so posing and taking pictures in public is kinda out of our comfort zone. But Magalie made it so easy for us. She gave great direction to help with poses that we would otherwise feel too awkward to do. She made everything look effortless and the pictures felt like us. No cringe-y poses.
